On July 25 2015, Caracol Television received an award as the first TV channel in Latin America to include audio description for the blind with a second screen feature.
According to Wikipedia, the International Accounting Standards (IAS), also known as IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), are technical accounting standards adopted by the IASB, a private institution with headquarters in London. IFRS are international norms to be followed in accounting and they are part of a manual that is accepted around the world.
For three years, the Bogota Film Festival has been sponsored by ATmedios in the "Cinema for Blind People" category. This new edition's aim is to continue bringing cinema to people who are blind or with low vision thanks to audio description.

FICCI Hall, a space created by the festival for panels, discussions, press conferences and master classes, will have the participation of Deputy ICT Minister Maria Carolina Hoyos on Thursday March 12, 2015. Ms. Hoyos will present the "Cinema for All" project to attendees. In addition, as part of the festival's program, three films will be screened with audio description for blind people and subtitles for deaf people.
